In a strategic move aimed at expanding their geographical footprint and enhancing geo-environmental service offerings, Construction Testing Solutions (CTS) announced the acquisition of Mason Evans back in February 2022. This acquisition marked a significant milestone for CTS, empowering them to extend their reach into Scotland.
With Mason Evans joining forces with CTS, the partnership supported the delivery of unparalleled expertise and resources to clients across Scotland, ensuring top-tier construction materials testing, alongside geo-environmental consultancy services.
Commenting on the acquisition, Chief Executive Officer of CTS, said:

However, the narrative didn't end there. In August 2022, CTS itself was acquired by Oakley Capital, a pan-European investor, backing outstanding mid-market businesses across core sectors of technology, consumer, education and business services. On completion of the deal CTS became a part of the prestigious Phenna Group, a dynamic portfolio of TICC companies specialising in various sectors, including infrastructure.
